Organization for Sustainable Development

The Board of Directors, as the company's highest governance body, regularly leads the strategic direction on environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance issues, supervising management measures and performance, and is responsible for reviewing and approving the impact assessment results of material issues, risks, and opportunities. The General Manager and Vice General Manager follow the board's leadership and directives and discuss with the Total Ethics Management Committee to develop and promote strategic actions and risk management measures. Finally, the ESG executive unit assists each department in fulfilling their responsibilities, using cross-departmental integration mechanisms to discuss and implement action strategies and risk management measures, develop short, medium, and long-term plans, and regularly report performance evaluation results.
