At the 17th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) held on December 11, 2024, Sinyi Development made a remarkable debut by winning two major honors: the "Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Leadership Award" and the "Platinum Award for Sustainability Reporting." These awards recognize Sinyi Development’s outstanding achievements across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions, while highlighting its leadership in green building, low-carbon architecture, smart building innovation, and sustainable supply chain management.

Extending its commitment to sustainability beyond construction, Sinyi Development actively promotes inclusive, low-carbon, and sustainable communities. Recent initiatives include a Thanksgiving gathering event encouraging residents to bring their own tableware, achieving over 80% participation, and introducing an event-based carbon footprint calculation mechanism — embedding sustainability into everyday community life.

Sinyi Development’s building projects have been awarded Diamond-Level Green Building, Diamond-Level Low-Carbon Building, and Gold-Level Smart Building candidate certifications.
