Our goal is to build high-quality buildings and create friendly neighbor communities. As the saying goes, "One thousand gold buys a house, ten thousand gold buys a neighbor." Friendly neighbor interaction can establish a virtuous cycle. From online community management to offline physical activities, residents can get familiar with each other online and interact offline in the process of social participation, promoting the establishment of friendly neighbor communities.

OUR-Space Community Building Experience Center (hereinafter referred to as the Experience Center) stationed in Banqiao from 2019 to early 2022. During the stationing period, it is committed to promoting various rich and colorful community building experiences and knowledge sharing, actively participating in local community building matters of all sizes. In addition to connecting and cooperating with Banqiao cultural and historical units and community building organizations, it also actively strives to convey the essence of community building "cultivating civic awareness and problem-solving capabilities" to the public.
The topic of the event is to create an energy-saving and carbon-reducing home life, so that community neighbors or people who care about the environment can reflect on the integration of environmental protection and home living.
In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 11): Make cities and villages inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable. And its specific target 11.3: Make cities and villages planning and management that implement public participation, social inclusion and sustainable development.
The core purpose of building a community is to encourage residents to take action, actively participate in and contribute to the gradual improvement process, and realize a better life for each other.
