The construction phase of a project is a major stage for greenhouse gas emissions. During the building's lifespan of at least 50 years, the electrical appliances used contribute significantly to the building’s overall energy consumption. Therefore, Sinyi Development employs green construction methods to reduce energy consumption. At the same time, it implements mechanisms for adjusting electricity use patterns for communal facilities, such as the timing of ventilation system operation in parking lots, including start and stop times, and control periods for communal electricity use, etc., all with the aim of contributing to greenhouse gas reduction over the building's long lifespan through cumulative energy savings.
