Building Production Experience
Sinyi Development provides complete production records and factory certificates for various building materials, such as: steel bar materials, connector materials, concrete (sand, stone, cement and other additives), aluminum windows and glass materials (including glass and silicone factory certificates and wind and rain test reports), sound insulation pad material production records (including sound insulation pad on-site test reports), fire doors, entrance doors, light partition materials (including green building labels), ceiling materials (including green building labels), paint materials (including green building labels), waterproof materials used in water tanks (including non-toxic certificates), kitchenware materials, bathroom cabinet materials, etc., and obtains relevant quality inspection test results based on the use requirements of each material. Sinyi Development is committed to the traceability management of building materials from the place of origin to the factory and delivery to the construction site to ensure that the quality of building materials meets the design requirements.

Online Supervision System
Sinyi Development is committed to providing customers with more transparent and convenient services. To this end, Xinyi Development has launched an online supervision system to provide customers with online real-time supervision function display services. This supervision system has the following features: 1. Real-time monitoring: Customers can view the real-time construction status of the construction site at any time through the online supervision system. Even if they cannot go to the site in person, they can still understand the latest construction progress. 2. Image archiving: The online supervision system will automatically archive the on-site images, and customers can review the progress of the project at any time, which helps to ensure the quality of construction. 3. Transparency: The entire construction process is open to the public, allowing customers to clearly understand the construction progress and quality, reflecting Xinyi's commitment to integrity and ethics. 4. Online communication: Customers can communicate with the construction team through the online monitoring system, raise questions or suggestions, and maintain good interaction and cooperation between the two parties. 5. Safety monitoring: The online monitoring system helps ensure the safety of the construction site. Through real-time monitoring, potential safety hazards can be discovered immediately and preventive measures can be taken quickly.

Transparent Engineering Inspection
Sinyi Development provides household-based decoration project quality inspection reports, covering architecture and electromechanical. In terms of architectural decoration, the inspection content includes filling sound insulation cotton in light partitions, waterproofing water testing in bathrooms, waterproofing water testing in aluminum windows, waterproofing of layers, and laying of sound insulation pads. In terms of electromechanical decoration, the projects include full water testing of indoor drainage hanging pipes, water testing and pressure testing of water supply pipes, piping of light partitions in each space, indoor light partition configuration of water supply and drainage systems, and indoor light partition configuration of strong and weak current systems. For the above inspection items, Xinyi Development provides detailed inspection record photos, some of which are supplemented by self-inspection forms to ensure that the parts that customers cannot see also meet industry standards and live up to customers' expectations. Taking the inspection of the "Jiapin" project in 2023 as an example, transparent engineering inspection services will be provided throughout the process

Structural Inspection
Sinyi Development provides production records and related test reports for building and electromechanical structural engineering. Building structural engineering includes inspection records of columns, walls, beams, and steel bars, SGS bamboo steel bars, concrete cylinder specimens, and steel bar connector test reports; electromechanical structural engineering includes inspection of panel and wall piping, electrical engineering inspection, water supply and drainage engineering inspection, and fire engineering inspection. Integrate graphic data, test reports, and verification records of the project site construction status to allow residents to clearly understand quality control and structural safety certification in a transparent manner.
