In the Sinyi Development 2023 Sustainability Report, the climate-related financial disclosures (TCFD) framework received the highest certification level, "Level 5+: Excellence," from the third-party verification body, the British Standards Institution (BSI), making it the first company in the construction and development industry to achieve this.
In 2024, at the 17th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards, Sinyi Development made a remarkable debut by winning the prestigious "Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Leadership Award" and the "Platinum Award for Sustainability Reporting," thanks to its comprehensive sustainability strategies and innovative practices.
